Massage Therapist

Helen has been registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario since January 2011. Using a variety of modalities in her treatments, such as trigger point therapy, frictions and myofascial release, Helen is trained to treat a variety of conditions such as tendonitis, sprains/strains, sciatica, whiplash and many more. She is also experienced in prenatal and infant massage, as well as working with Motor Vehicle Accident claims. Clients of all ages are welcome to come in and see Helen.

Helen regularily enjoys reading, sewing and cooking. In her spare time she enjoys volleyball, taking walks, and partaking in various church events.

Lindsay has been practicing massage therapy since September 2000. She is trained in many modalities including rehabilitation, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, infant/children/prenatal/post natal, trigger point therapy, and many more. Lindsay taught the massage therapy program for many years which helped add to her expertise in many areas. Lindsay specializes in rehabilitation of back, neck and shoulder injuries but is available for all types of treatment for all different ages.

Penny Perry

Massage Therapist

Penny has been a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists since June of 2014. She was Valedictorian for graduating class of 2013-2014 at Medix College of Health Care.
Previously she enjoyed an extensive career in health care and emergency services.
Her treatments may include general Swedish massage, facial release, joint mobilizations, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, as well as hydro therapy and home care that may be needed for recovery.
She has experience with sports injuries and maintenance, prenatal massage, spinal cord injuries, TMJ, migraine and tension headache, and various issues related to aging.
Penny believes that massage promotes healing and wellness in people of all ages.
Penny is very attentive to client needs and ensures that the client feels comfortable and relaxed.
She is very enthusiastic and is excited to join the On Our Way Massage Therapy team.
